- 4 cents per additional page
- The customer can use Fax Through Email, adapter, and portal at the same time. No extra charges for additional 'methods' of faxing.
- One time charge for purchase of the ATA Adapter if wanting faxing through the fax machine.
Is there a page limit for StratusFAX?
Each Fax Number is allowed 250 pages of faxing. Any additional pages will be billed at $0.04 per page.
Pages are counted for both inbound and outbound faxes, including Cover Pages.
For the total page count, does that get multiplied if inbound is sent to multiple destination types? i.e., inbound to portal, to email, and to ATA?
No. If an inbound fax is 20 pages and is distributed to a fax ATA, portal, and email, then it would be 20 pages not 60 pages.
How will I know how many pages I used each month?
Our billing team can provide the billing details for the customer if they ask for that verification. SpectrumVoIP Maintains recent data information (not the fax pages themselves) in order to accurately bill our customers.
Is there a Storage Limitation for StratusFAX?
Is the Fax Adapter (ATA) an extra charge on top of the monthly cost?
The adapter is included in deals under contract. If the adapter is purchased as an ‘add-on’, then it it a one time cost through our SpectrumVoIP Store (store.spectrumvoip.com)
How long are faxes stored in the Portal?
Faxes are stored in the portal until they are deleted by the User. However, there is a storage limit per user (default of 10MB, including voicemails) that may cause faxes to not come through.
SpectrumVoIP Recommends downloading and then deleting unneeded faxes from the portal in order to prevent any errors from faxing coming in to your account.
What types of files can I send?
Acceptable filetypes: .doc,.docx,.pdf,.tif,.tiff,.html,.png,.txt,.xls,.xlsx
Please note that some file types such as .doc and .docx may alter their appearance when sent. This typically occurs when using outside external images and fonts that are not common/default. Because of this it is recommended to save files as a PDF to ensure that there is no loss or change in content of the document.
