Call recordings will only be available to search from within the portal for a maximum of 6 months (180 days).
Call recordings can still be pushed nightly to the customer for free to their AWS account, Dropbox, or a local FTP server (requires static IP). Please reach out to a member of our technical support team if you wish to set up this type of option.
Storage on our platform for 30 days is still free. (This covers 99.99% of customer’s requirements!)
If we are storing within Stratus for more than 30 days, all users on that account will have an additional $2.99 charge per additional 30 days per month. We are not able to single out certain users to have their storage length longer than others. It is all or none. (it is a domain setting)
CDR’s (Call Data Records) will have the same policy of 6 months access in the portal but that will be automatic and no charge for it. If the customer needs to access CDR’s from month 7 through month 12 in arrears, they can simply click on the CDR Archive button in the CALL HISTORY section in Stratus.
