Typically, during installation you will receive a login, but if you have not yet received a login, please contact our support so we can provide you with the necessary information. Otherwise, if you have any issues with the below process feel free to contact our support department.

Note: The following steps do require that an accessible email address be assigned to your user's profile. Emails will be sent to the email address assigned to your user.
Forgot Login Name
1. Navigate to our Stratus Portal website at https://stratus.spectrumvoip.com
2. Click on "Forgot Login Name" link on the login prompt.
3. Enter your email address that is linked to your extension and as well as your extension, then click send.
4. You should receive and email similar to below containing your username.
Forgot Password
1. Navigate to our Stratus Portal website at https://stratus.spectrumvoip.com
2. Click on "Forgot Password" on the login prompt.
3. Enter your login name and select "send".
4. You should receive an email similar to below. Select the reset password button to complete the process.
