Typically, during installation you will receive a login, but if you have not yet received a login, please contact our support so we can provide you with the necessary information. Otherwise, if you have any issues with the below process feel free to contact our support as well.
Forgot Login Name
1. Navigate to our Stratus Portal website at https://stratus.spectrumvoip.com
2. Click on "Forgot Login Name" on the login prompt.
3. Enter your email address that is linked to your extension and Enter your extension, then click send.
4. You should receive and email like so with your login name.
2. Click on "Forgot Password" on the login prompt.
3. Enter your login name, typically extension @ domain name and then click send. For example, 123@AccountName.
4. You should receive an email like so. Click the reset password button.
