If you do not know your login or if one was not provided to you, please contact our support so we can ensure we have you set up with the correct login and set your permission level accordingly. If you are unsure of what platform your account is on, please contact our support as well.
1. Navigate to the appropriate platform, Enswitch 1 or Enswitch 2.
2. Click the "Lost username or password" button near the bottom of the page.
3. Enter in either your username for logging into the portal or your email address.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
