Can I have all of my calls recorded? Is it free or is it an extra charge?
We support call recording for all of our customers. By default, it is disabled but if you contact support they can enable it. It is free to keep the call recordings up to 30 days. If you would like to keep the recordings longer than that, it is $2.99 per extension per month for every 30 days longer than the free 30 day period. For example, if you have 10 extensions and would like to keep your call recordings a total of 60 days, then you would have about $30.00 added to your bill each month.
If I decide to pay for the extra days to keep my call recordings, can I choose which extensions?
If you choose to pay for extra days it is for all extensions we do not allow per extension plans.
