Log into the Stratus web portal, located at https://stratus.spectrumvoip.com. If you do not have a login or password, please contact our support.
Note: You must be listed as an Office Manager for your User Scope in order to view and change other user's PINs
1. Switch to the Users Tab of the portal.
2. Find and click on the username for which you want to update the pin.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the change voicemail PIN section.
4. Enter a new PIN in the designated section.
5. Click save.
