Log into the Stratus web portal, located at https://stratus.spectrumvoip.com. If you do not have a login or password, please contact our support.
1. Switch to the users tab of the portal.
2. Find and click on the username for which you want to update the pin.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the change voicemail PIN section.
4. Enter new PIN in the designated section.
5. Click save.
