1. Log into the correct portal, Enswitch 1 or Enswitch 2.
2. Click on Messages.
3. Find the correct voicemail that you would like to forward and select it by clicking on the checkbox next to the message. After you have selected the voicemail(s) you would like to copy, click the copy or move selected>> button.
4. Select the mailboxes you would like to copy the voicemail to and click add selected. Once you have moved over the correct mailbox(es), press the save button.
