Your service contract typically will have two components:
1. The Equipment Package:
Billed by a Third-Party leasing company, this includes any physical equipment you receive.
2. The VoIP Service Package:
Billed by SpectrumVoIP, this is the actual service bill, including your Phone Lines, Number(s), and unlimited long distance calling in the Continental United States. This bill begins when your numbers become active with SpectrumVoIP.
