I see different guides for multiple platforms. How do I know which instructions to follow?

In order to meet the various requirements of our clientele, SpectrumVoIP operates three distinct VoIP platforms.
There are various ways to identify which platform your service is hosted on:
- From your SpectrumVoIP phone, dial 4360 and press send. A message will play stating the platform that services your account.
- The URL used to log in to the web management portion denotes the platform in use.
- When logged into the web management portal, the platform is identified in the top banner.
