Using the volume - + button located on the lower front of the phone will adjust the volume of the phone depending on what state it is in.
If you are on an active call with the handset lifted, it will adjust the handset volume
If on a speakerphone call, using the - + key will adjust the speakerphone volume
While the phone is idle, the - + key will adjust the ringer volume
During a call over a headset, the - + key will adjust the volume sent to the headset. There is normally an additional volume control on the headset itself depending on the manufacturer. Please consult their instructions for further guidance if needed.
