If you would like to have a message play before a caller enters into a call queue, follow the steps below.
- Navigate to your Call Queues
- To the Right of the Call Queue, you want to adjust the Music On Hold for, click the Music Note icon on the far right side.
- On the next page, select “Settings” & then select “Play introductory greeting”.
4. If you don’t already have a file to upload, then you can select “Record” to record a new message by either dialing an extension or an external number (cell phone, etc.).
