Issue (How do I adjust my business hours?)
If your business hours have changed and you need the phones to ring at different times you can adjust the business hours using the instructions provided.
We are going to be able to adjust the business hours time frame using the instructions below.
- Navigate to the SpectrumVoIP Enswitch Web Portal.
(If you do not have a login please reach out to Technical Support for login information)
- In the home page select the Features Tab then inside the Features tab select Times and Dates.
- The Times and Dates section should hold all of your Time Routes. Select the Time Route that you are using for Business Hours which is commonly labeled Business Hours.
- Once inside you can either create a new Time Period or edit a currently existing Time Period by selecting it
- From inside the Time Period, you can change the start time and end time as well as specific days or dates as needed
