Issue (How to change voicemail PIN in Stratus admin portal)
When you are trying to log into your voicemail but for some reason you can't remember the PIN.
These are the steps to resolve
- Log into the Stratus admin portal
- Click on the "Users" tab (Highlighted) ^^^^
- Find the user/ext you are wanting to change the PIN on and click on it (Highlighted) ^^^
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the text box that says "New PIN" (Highlighted) ^^
- Enter in your new PIN number. *PIN must be numerical and at least 4 characters long*
- Click "Save" and now you should be able to access your voicemail with the new voicemail PIN you just set
Forgot their PIN / Don't know their PIN / Personal Changes / Etc.
