Configuring the StratusMobile Softphone Client
SpectrumVoIP StratusMobile is an iOS and Android application that will allow you to use your SpectrumVoIP account on a mobile device.

Alternatively, if the StratusMobile Helper is enabled on your account; log into the Portal and navigate to the user's "Phones" tab. Then click on the StratusMobile button to see the helper. It will display QR Codes that can be used to download the app.

StratusMobile is a SIP soft client that extends VoIP functionality beyond the land line or desk top. It brings features of the SpectrumVoIP Stratus platform directly to end-user's mobile devices as a Unified Communications solution.
With StratusMobile, users are able to maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location, regardless of their device. They are also able seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue that call without interruption.
StratusMobile grants users the ability to manage contacts, voicemail, call history and configurations in a single location. This includes the management of answering rules. greetings, and presence which all contribute to more efficient communication.
When launching StratusMobile for the first time, you will be presented with the login screen.
Enter your username and password (same one used to access the systems web portal)
After the initial login, this data will be stored and not requested again unless the user logs out and then only the password is requested again.
SpectrumVoIP's mobile products provide handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular Dialer when possible on a best reasonable commercial efforts basis, however this functionality is also dependent on the operating system of the mobile phone which is outside of our control and subject to change at any time.This product is not intended, designed, or fit for placing emergency calls.
