How To Record An Individual Call
Stratus has the ability to record all calls on your account. This can be done by reaching out to a Technical Support Representative (469-429-2500 or firstname.lastname@example.org).
But, sometimes users may wish to only have certain calls or certain parts of calls recorded at their command. For an individual call to be recorded there is a code you can dial on your SpectrumVoIP phone that will start recording and a code to stop recording.
To start the recording your current call, dial * 9 8 . You only need to hit the buttons in that order on your phone. There will not be any sound indicating that the call is being recorded.
To end the recording of your call, you can dial * 9 9 or simply wait for the call to end.
Call recordings can be accessed under the Call History section of the Stratus Web Portal: Stratus.Spectrumvoip.com
Filter through the call history by time and date, or by the number that was dialed. The part of the call that was recorded will be available on the web portal for 30 days after the recording was made.
