Transfer Call Straight to Voicemail

Sometimes you may wish to transfer a call directly to an extension's voicemail box instead of to the extension for it to ring first before going to voicemail. 

In Stratus, this can be done by adding 03 to the beginning of the extension you wish to transfer to. 


Example: To transfer a call to extension 102's voicemail. You can transfer the call to 03102. 

During an active call, you would press, Transfer, 0-3-1-0-2, Transfer. This will send the current caller straight to the mailbox of user 102. 

You can also call straight to a user's voicemail just like you would a user's extension. You can dial 03102, then press SEND.
