Porting Out Numbers
In the telecommunications world, the 'winning' carrier always handles the porting process for numbers. If you are needing to port a number(s) out from SpectrumVoIP, the entire process will be handled by the end destination Carrier (the carrier that the numbers will end up at). Please reach out to that Carrier for more information on the porting process.
If any documentation is required, such as a Bill Copy or CSR in order to provide proof of number ownership, please reach out to our billing department by emailing email@example.com or call 972-312-0388 option 3.
